This is the one most facilities can't get. When a dock leveler's frame cracks, a gate post shears, or a handrail fails inspection, the usual answer is a replacement part with a lead time — and for older equipment, a part that no longer exists. We weld on site, and when the piece isn't available we fabricate it.
