This Privacy Policy explains how Akras Building Services, Inc. (“Akras,” “we,” “us”) handles the information you provide through this website. We collect only what we need to respond to your request and deliver service.

- Information you submit through our quote and emergency forms: your name, company, phone, email, the services you need, urgency, property type, a description of the work, and an optional site address.
- Technical information collected automatically when you submit a form: your IP address and browser user-agent (to prevent abuse and protect the form).
- Marketing attribution: UTM parameters and the referring page, so we understand how you found us.
Why we collect it
We use this information to qualify and respond to your lead, schedule and deliver the services you request, and communicate with you about your project. Technical and attribution data help us secure our forms and improve our marketing.
How long we keep it
We retain lead and inquiry information for up to three (3) years, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required for an active project, contract, or legal obligation.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our email-delivery provider) and only as needed to respond to you.
