On a working facility the coating is the easy part; the schedule is the hard part. Warehouse walls, tenant spaces, and exteriors all have to be done around operations, and a crew that can only work between nine and five turns a two-day job into two weeks of disruption.

We prep properly — the step that decides whether a coating lasts two years or ten — and work nights and weekends where the space can't be taken out of service. Interior, exterior, and industrial coatings on steel we've often welded ourselves.
