Mechanical

Mechanical systems and rotating equipment service.

Mechanical is the whole system, not one piece of it — the rotating equipment, the piping that feeds it, and the plant that ties it together. Equipment tells you it's failing well before it stops: bearing noise, heat, vibration, a coupling that keeps needing alignment. The failures that shut a facility down are almost always the ones where those signs were visible and nobody was reading them.

We service pumps, motors, drives and gearboxes; we run, repair and modify process and mechanical piping; and we fabricate and weld the mounts, supports, guards and brackets that carry all of it. That last part is why a mechanical repair here doesn't stall waiting on a machine shop or a fabricator's schedule.

Typical work

  • Bearing, coupling, and shaft alignment
  • Belt, drive, and gearbox service
  • Process and mechanical piping — repair, modification, new runs
  • Equipment set, rigging, and mechanical installation
  • Vibration and heat troubleshooting
  • Supports, mounts, guards, and brackets fabricated in-house
