Control Systems

Building automation and controls, tuned and kept running.

Half the "broken equipment" calls we take are controls. A stuck actuator, a drifted sensor, a schedule nobody has looked at since the building changed hands — and the mechanical equipment underneath is fine, running itself into the ground trying to satisfy a bad signal.

Because we service the mechanical side too, we can tell the difference. We troubleshoot the control layer and the equipment it drives as one system, correct what's actually wrong, and leave the sequences documented so the next person isn't guessing.

Typical work

  • Sensor and actuator diagnosis and replacement
  • Schedule, setpoint, and sequence correction
  • Thermostat and zone control repair
  • VFD troubleshooting
  • Controls tied back to the mechanical equipment they drive
